New Templates.

Ive changed the Templates to make things a little easier ...Hopefully.
I ditched the black picture template in favor of the new white ones, Merging the 
Printable and Black templates together. It certainly saves time posting them.
That said, If anyone is having trouble understanding the templates let me know
so I can help.
